Multi-Ring was founded by Mr. Y-Z Chen upon his return from the United States with an MBA degree from University of
Chicago and valuable work experience in a major American Bank. Y-Z Chen was one of the earliest and very few PRC
students who received formal American business education in early 1980’s. Multi-Ring’s top management is composed
of a group of well-educated intellectuals specialized in various key fields of Multi-Ring’s business with Y-Z Chen as Chairman
of Board and CEO . The essence of Multi-Ring’s corporate culture is fully manifested in its firm belief that the success of its

Multi-Ring manufactures and supplies konjac products processed to various grades, ranging from konjac chips, crude konjac
powder, semi-purified or purified konjac powder to blends which cover applications all the way from pharmaceuticals,
nutraceuticals, general food and pet foods. These products are the results of our intensive research and development efforts for
the past decade and our R & D team provides extensive and reliable services to our customers in their application of our
products. Such services cover various aspects of customers’ concern, from market research, product development,
processing technology to marketing support.
